Vos principales responsabilités
Concevoir et animer des activités éducatives qui sont à la fois amusantes et pédagogiques, adaptées à l’âge des enfants et conformes à la philosophie de l’organisation;
Offrir un accompagnement bienveillant aux parents et les orienter vers les ressources communautaires;
Favoriser la participation des familles aux activités de la Maison de la famille;
Observer les enfants et adapter les interventions selon leurs besoins;
Contribuer activement à la vie communautaire (évènements, collectes de fonds, partenariats);
Participer aux réunions d’équipe, à la planification des programmes et au développement de nouveaux projets.
Maintenir un environnement propre, sûr et sécuritaire
Soutenir et promouvoir le sain développement des enfants
Profil recherché
Diplôme en éducation à la petite enfance (EPEI) ou domaine connexe;
Expérience significative auprès des jeunes enfants et de leurs familles;
Excellente capacité d’animation;
Permis de conduire valide et véhicule fiable;
Excellente capacité d’animation;
Habiletés reconnues en communication, créativité pédagogique, observation et travail d’équipe.

Become a Volunteer
Are you inspired by our mission? Why not join our initiatives as a volunteer? Become a volunteer at one of our Family Centres in Prescott-Russell and contribute to the well-being of our children and families. There are many ways to get involved as a volunteer.
Volunteer Supporting Programming
Numerous activities for families and children aged 0 to 6 are held daily in our Family Centres.
Our volunteers support us by :
Assisting educators in setting up the room for the activities and organizing scheduled activities
Welcoming children and parents alongside the educators
Helping educators with the maintenance and cleaning of toys and the Centre
Accompanying the team on special outings
Volunteer Support the School Readiness programs Off to School We Go and Munchkin
The Off to School We Go and/or Munchkin program is offered in 10 sessions for children aged 3-4. These sessions help children acquire basic skills that promote a strong start in school.
You will have the opportunity to support our team in assisting children and their families during this important transition from home to school.
